TERMS & CONDITIONS
BIDDING: Your bid is the same as your promise to pay. Please consider the total cost of an item (item price plus calculated shipping cost) before placing a bid or clicking the "Buy It Now" button.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 7 days of auction close or your commitment to buy a store item. In line with eBay policies, I accept PayPal or eBay credit card only. (PayPal accepts checks and credit cards and is a secure site.) Don't have/want a PayPal account? The option to pay eBay with your credit card should appear on your invoice.
SHIP-TO LOCATIONS: I ship WORLDWIDE, to anywhere the US Post Office will deliver.
CARRIERS: Within the continental US, I use UPS Ground or USPS Media/First Class Mail. Outside the continental US, I ship via the US Postal Service only, as it's reliable and the least expensive.
SHIPPING TIME: Barring unusual circumstances, I will ship your package no more than 5 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) after I receive notice of cleared payment. Allow an additional week for carrier delivery; international shipments may take longer.
SHIPPING COST: Shipping cost is the carrier's rate, based on my estimated shipping weight, plus a small handling fee (fully disclosed in each listing). If actual carrier cost is lower than estimated by $1 or more, I refund the difference to you the same day I ship.
International Buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or s/h charge and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am happy to help you reduce shipping costs by combining multiple purchases into one package whenever possible. You must email me through eBay before you pay your invoice if you want to combine purchases.
INSURANCE: All shipments are insured against loss or damage at no cost to you.
DAMAGED ITEM: I pack each item with extreme care, have successfully shipped over 800 items (including overseas), and have not yet needed to process a claim for damaged goods. However, if your item does arrive damaged, you must notify me within 7 days of receipt (and before leaving feedback) so we can solve your problem. Item price back for valid claim. You pay return postage (exceptions may apply, depending on circumstances and at my discretion).
ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED: If your item varies significantly from my listing description (text and photos), or if you are not 100% satisfied with our transaction, you must notify me within 7 days of receipt (and before leaving feedback) so we can work out a solution to your problem. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Above all, please be courteous when you voice your complaint, for it's a fact: honey does catch more flies than vinegar!
FEEDBACK: Once our transaction has been successfully completed, please do leave feedback for me. I greatly appreciate your help with this, as feedback is a tool used by eBay to rank sellers.
