you can send loot or Money order..but apparently the U.S. Green one is no good here..whatever that is Will give address to winner. paypal is OK only if your paypal balance is equal or greater than the total of the auction including the shipping( you may have to deposit $$ into your account to be able to send the $$. if it's even a penny short I am unable to recieve it because the credit card has to pull the money which my paypal accouint type is unable to do.
