Yes a positive experience in the end. Item is exactly as described (New) and works properly. My lower star rating on the shipping was regarding the item not being packaged as well as it could have been to protect from old reliable Canada Post damaging the parcel by crushing a corner resulting in a bent frame and broken esc. key. The seller though was very responsive and offered in a timely manner to send a replacement with tracking which was better packaged and arrived intact. No hassles.
