Supervisor, Customer Service Post Office ~~ I am so very sorry to inform you that our mail processing plants have been experiencing delays nationwide and your package is showing as still in transit to our processing plant. We are currently processing mail and packages from the end of November and beginning & middle of December. While some pieces have been getting through, it is a very small amount due to staffing issues brought on by the pandemic. They were exactly as described, right down to the rare color of pure black that make them so unique.
