This vendor delivered! On my first purchase, I didn't receive my products due to an incident with the delivery service, received the packaging not the items. However they promptly refunded my purchase. I simply ordered again and asked for a more secure packaging and got the cylinders without issue! It is the little things that make a big difference! 1st package never arrived despite showing 'delivered'. But seller was good to send second shipment and good communication. USPS was absolutely horrible on both shipments. Box that the spindles come in is very flimsy and you tell it had been re-taped several times.
Box was in shreds when it arrived.
That is probably what happened to the first package. Contents were probably spilled out and USPS just threw the box away and submitted it as 'delivered'.
Anyway, the second shipment made it here
