Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do replace defective merchandise for same item
type. We do allow returns when the item
is not as described in item detail. We
will bear shipping expenses for items we ship to you. We do allow exchanges for different items when customer bears
shipping expenses.
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. We do combine shipping when the customer pays for ALL
desired items AT THE SAME TIME.
Note that there is a pull down shipping method window during check out
for you to select the best method/price.
IMPORTANT: eBay's combined shipping calculation can create bad
1st class prices on orders over 14oz's. If this occurs, select priority mail
instead.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Most orders will ship within the next USPS
business weekday & will have tracking info available online. However, USPS does not guarantee a pickup
scan so some packages may show "electronic info transmitted"
until it is scanned at the destination post office. Also, USPS has many more holidays then most of us & this can
cause delays.
Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

& select destination/quantity desired.
Changing the quantity can also give you an idea of what combined S&H
discount to expect when ordering items of similar weight.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do ship internationally. YOU MUST INCLUDE
CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EBAY PROFILE - It is required by UPS and
USPS. Your local post office may need
to contact you if they have trouble with delivery. If an item is undeliverable & is returned to us, we can only
refund item cost.
