Buyer was vile, rude, hostile. Did not know how 2 open a basic chain. We sent instructions & a tip to make it easy.She responded w/a snarky, nasty reply. Shocked BUT, we kindly sent another chain--She didn't ask, we just did it!. Her response.? She gave us a negative! Ruined our l00% score of 23 yrs & there was not one thing wrong with either chain.We have sold hundreds,over our 40 years in business. Not one return. Buyer displaced her personal anger on us. IGNORE EVIL PEOPLE!!!!
