vectorbundle/PCMperformance is a fantastic seller! Clean, smooth transaction, they programmed and shipped out the TCM the day after I ordered it. The TCM was exactly as described, simple to install as directed. A couple of install notes/reminders to add:-Remember that the TCM has to "learn" for a few minutes on first drive. After a few easy miles, then some 50-70mph roll-ons it smoothed out to original shift "feel".-I don't know if it matters, but I cleared all fault codes before install.

There is no need to clear TCM diagnostic codes because the TCM has none present nor sets any as an artifact of installation. (Of course any DTCs set by *any* controller which do reflect that a legitimate problem with the truck has been detected must be investigated by a professional auto tech. This has nothing to do with the TCM itself nor the fact that it was replaced.) Thank you for your order.
