 | A: All items we sell are untested and sold as-is, EXCEPT for "reconditioned" or "used" items or where stated. We choose to put customer satisfaction first and will work with purchasers on a case by case basis. All returns must be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |

 | A: If more than one item is bought by the same person, absolutely. Contact us before paying for all items purchased and we will give you a shipping total. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: All shipments will be sent out Monday through Friday. Depending on the method chosen, you should receive your items within 3-10 business days from date of shipment. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Shipping price includes shipping, box, packing, and delivery to the post office. We will ship soon after payment clears, some larger items or international shipping can be delayed for proper packaging. The charge itself will depend on the method of shipment you select. |

 | A: We prefer US only, however we will make exceptions in certain cases or upon request. |
