Wonderful experience with this seller! Shipping was quick. I was worried when the pen was held up in customs--I'd never run into things being held in customs until now!--but the seller promptly responded to the issue which I am very grateful for. Although the box it came in was in bad shape from shipping, the pen and case inside remained safe thanks to plenty of bubble wrap. The pen itself is in incredible condition and seems well-taken care of, I could not be happier with this purchase.
