*Shipping is Monday through Thursday before 2pm CST. Any order placed after will be shipped the next day. We ship Friday before 11:15am CST. Any order placed after will be shipped on Monday. Occasionally we may ship later on Fridays. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
*Due to missing and lost merchandise, we can no longer use First Class International shipping. All of our international orders will need to be Priority International or will need to go through the global shipping program. This is to ensure that our customers get their merchandise.
*Please, always ask us for any measurements. We will happily provide insole, sole and calf measurements if you are unsure of the fit.
*We do offer returns. Shoes can be returned in the same condition as they were received, tried on but not worn. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the shoes, shipping not included, once they are received back.
