The part is an ungainly shape. The box is not large enough to contain it. The shipper has bent the shape to fit into the box. The tubing is aluminum and I hope to be able to successfully bend it into the required shape when I am prepared to install it. I see why the seller does not accept returns. The overall part seems quality constructed. Don't ask for feedback if you don't want an honest answer.
