I'm leaving positive feedback b/c seller honored a return. That said, the item was packaged in plastic jewelry bag and padded envelope w/"FRAGILE" sticker. One earring was broken, and the broken piece was not in the plastic bag or envelope which means it was broken before shipping. Seller was nonchalant about the issue, just "open return case with ebay" - which meant MY TIME! So, lousy customer service. Sad. I wish to support sellers on eBay and this was a tough one.

I was too quick in my judgment of this seller. I think my disappointment was transferred onto my expectations & that was not a fair. I wanted seller to be as emotional about the earrings as I was & that is, to be blunt, absolutely crazy of me! I would hope in the future they will wrap better, but all else w/this transaction was perfect. I am being too hard. I hope seller will forgive me & readers of this feedback will not see my lack of grace as reason to avoid doing business w/this seller.
