     .   A:  We accept returns on defected merchandise, goods will be exchanged or credited if returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. Please return the items in original package with a copy of receipt/invoice. ?    Q: Do you combine shipping?

 .   A:  We offer reduced shipping for multiple wins!  You pay only pay GBP 1.50 Shipping for each additional item. However, all item must be Shipped in the same package and combined orders must be in one Paypal payment. If you don't know how to do a combined payment, Just request an invoice from us.   We appreciate your choosing more items to get attractive shipping rate.

   ?  Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

     .    A:  The normal international registered Airmail Shipping can take 10-12 days from date of shipment.   While, The international Express Shipping can take 3-5 days only from date of shipment.

.   A:  We will post to United Kingdom and Worldwide.

  ?   Q: Can I pay for my order with cash or a check or money order? 

.   A:  We do not accept cash because it will probably lose.  We also do not accept check or money order because Your check or money order can't be cleared in Thailand because it is local check or money order, not international bank transfer.
