Evan at OC Pinball was great to work with responding to questions promptly including making mods to the delivery order to get it delivered to our basement. He took a call just before delivery to help this noob be prepared to interact with the delivery people to get it downs. The unit was well wrapped and arrived in great shape. He even talked me through installing the balls back into the machine as a pinball machine without balls only complains about having no balls!
