 | A: All of our products are new and shipped in factory sealed boxes. They also include all manufacturers warranty's. |

 | A: Yes, we do combine shipping. Just send us your zip code and what items you are interested in, and we will quote you the new combined shipping. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We try to ship your order the same day that your payment clears, and that most shipments arrive between 5 and 7 business days. |
 | Q: Do you include insurance? |

 | A: Yes, we include insurance in our shipping cost. |
 | Q: Do you ship to Canada |

 | A: Yes, If you send us your Postal code we will figure out shipping costs to Canada. We also will need your phone number to complete the customs paper work. |

 | A: We will need your phone number for 2 reasons. If your address is in Canada, or Puerto Rico, or we are shipping your order with an LTL Carrier such as Roadway Express or Yellow Freight. |
