The snow boots arrived fast, super comfy and perfect size. great correspondence from seller. Would purchase from seller again. Very fair. I am thinking the delivery workers were not so gentle with the package, no fault of the sellers which refunded the payment. The seller was very rude and sarcastic. I reached out to get information why it takes longer to ship my order, in return I got strange messages and some absolutely rude (see in the images attached). They treat people like garbage, they should learn manners.
