I did get a full refund on this, which is the reason for the positive -- but this is something like the fourth or fifth time in the last year a seller (not just this one, to be sure) has had to cancel the sale of a book because it's an old listing, and they can't find the book any more. The refund is good, but it can be an experience to be told this.
