Once you get your new PDG generator, you are part of our family. If there is ever a problem, or simply a question about how to hook something up, we are only a phone call away. We promise you won’t get a robot on the phone or some guy from half way around the world. You will talk to a real, live person at our facility here in the United States. (You can even call just to tell us how great your generators is doing!)
We test run each generator under load before it leaves the factory. When you get your generator, all you have to do is add fuel and turn the key!

Got my $9,999.00 generator 41 days after ordering. Haven't hooked it up yet, but it's pretty. Still wanting an operator's manual for it. If you have a question, they won't write you back, they call instead. Time difference between east and west coast, means they call you before 7:00 am.

sturdy shipping crate, very heavy item (400 lbs ) can be manuvered but not lifted without material-handling block&tackle. Have I tested unit yet? NO, still setting up; I believe that PDG company reputation is excellent. Item NOT marked with 'made in China'. Liftgate service on shipping well worth it. Got 2-day advance phone call from shipper of item arrival to plan and schedule. I beat the supply chain disruptions! Shipper was v. helpful unloading item to safe accessible area quickly.
