TRACKING INFORMATION
We provide all our customers with a
tracking number for their purchase once the shipment has been
processed. We only process shipments through UPS ! We do not offer any shipping arrangements. Once assigned the
tracking number , please allow up to 2-5 business days prior to
tracking the shipment. In some cases, the tracking information
is active within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number via
email, however, if the tracking number is received on either Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday, please allow up to 2-5 business days from
the following Monday in order to track your shipment. UPS usually
require up to 7-10 regular business days in order to deliver the
package once the tracking information is available through the
UPS system.
Buyers agree to pay insurance, shipping
and handling as indicated with the listing.
We
reserve the right to advise our buyers of any additional shipping
costs that may apply to their purchase when processing the shipment.
We quote additional shipping costs accordingly and will only advise
buyers where extreme shipping costs have been quoted (this may
apply to customers residing in restricted, mountainous or limited
access areas or in areas such as Newfoundland, New Brunswick,
Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia in Canada).
The S/H (Shipping and handling) costs cover
postage, packaging, labor and regulative costs, and these charges
are non-refundable. Once a shipment has been processed, shipping
costs are no longer refundable to the buyer.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply for multiple purchases for
selected similar items only if the following conditions are met
:
1. The items purchased are shipped to the same shipping
address.
2. The items are paid for through a combined invoice
provided by the seller. The buyer will need to contact us directly
to request for a combined invoice for their purchases prior to
payment.
3. Only similar multiple items purchased qualify
unless otherwise arranged with the seller.
4. Items listed with Free Shipping do not qualify
for shipping discounts.

Shipping discounts are not available for ALL our products listed.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about shipping discounts
available for a particular product they would like to purchase.
LOCAL PICKUP
All purchases made from eBay will need
to be shipped to buyers directly and shipping and insurance costs
listed with the auction will apply to the purchase.

DUTY, TARIFFS AND TAXES
US CUSTOMERS
For those residing in the US, duty and tariff
charges are based on the value stated by the seller for the product
being shipped. These charges only apply for items declared with
a value of US$200.00 or more. The value we declare is the FINAL
WINNING BID amount for your purchase (not the total amount including
Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges). Sales tax does not
apply to items shipped to the US. Customs Brokerage Service
fees are collected by UPS upon delivery of products valued US$200.00
or more. This is collected in the form of COD and this is
not to be confused with an additional shipping charge. Please

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
GST Sales Tax will be charged for all purchases
shipped to buyers within Canada and this charge is based on the
total cost of the item (auction winning bid price plus shipping
and insurance costs). No additional duty/customs fees will apply
as our products have been imported into Canada.
