Payment Instructions
PayPal Payments: When paying through PayPal, the address listed with your PayPal records will be the address of where the item is shipped to. Addresses listed within "Notes to seller" included with a PayPal payment will not be used.

Money Order payments: Please write the eBay Item Number clearly on the front bottom right hand corner when sending a Cheque/Money Order payment.

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. We warrant that all products sold on eBay are Brand New and unused (in functional order), unless otherwise stated in the listing, and are shipped in a sealed box. These are received directly from the manufacturer, stored at our location, and then shipped off to our customers.

***IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED***

D.O.A. PRODUCT POLICY
All electrical units sold on eBay are covered by our D.O.A. (Dead-on-Arrival) policy. Our manufacturers ensure that all units are tested and are in working order. If an item arrives and malfunctions, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Only reports submitted within the stated time frame will be reviewed, otherwise, the D.O.A. guarantee expires. When submitting a D.O.A. report, please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment, eBay item number, and additional details to be reviewed. Upon review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action.
After 48 hours upon receiving the shipment and no report is received, we assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Damaged product claims will need to be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment (or as noted within the Fedex / UPS delivery tracking system) . When submitting a damaged product report, please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment, eBay item number, pictures for proof of damages, and any other additional details to be reviewed. Also, contact and notify the shipping company to ensure that they are aware that damages were noted on the item received. Upon review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. We require up to 5 business days in order to review damaged reports. No damaged reports received after 48 hours from the delivery date reflected by the tracking information will be taken into consideration. We will assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.

RETURN POLICY
If a buyer is unhappy with their purchase, the buyer may return the item (in it's original condition) to us at the buyer's cost for shipping the item back to the seller. The buyer will be required to provide tracking information for use by seller to verify the return status of the shipment. Items shipped back where tracking information is not available will not qualify as a valid returned shipment. Upon successful receipt of the returned product, a 30% restocking charge will be taken from the total payment for the item (the initial payment made for shipping, handling, and insurance costs) and a refund will be made through the initial payment method. A 40% restocking charge will be taken from the total payment received for 'Free Shipping' (an item listed for sale with Free Shipping) items that are returned.

FAILED SHIPPING POLICY
Buyers are provided with the tracking information for their shipment upon successful processing, and will be held accountable for ensuring receipt of their purchase. Buyers may communicate with Fedex / UPS support directly for the status of their shipment. In cases of unsuccessful delivery as noted by the shipping service, we recommend that the buyer notify the shipping service promptly and request for a shipping re-attempt. In certain cases, Fedex and UPS do offer to re-ship the package for free. However, if Fedex / UPS requires that shipping be repaid, the buyer will be required to resubmit a complete payment for the Shipping costs only (not insurance) before we process reshipment. In cases where a 'Free Shipping' (an item listed for sale on eBay with Free Shipping) purchase is returned, fixed shipping costs will be taken directly from an auction (where fixed shipping costs are noted) for the exact same item. Buyers do have the option of canceling the purchase, however will only qualify for a refund for the Final Winning Bid (not including the Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges).

SAFETY COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT
By purchasing any of our items, the purchaser agrees that Lightsupworld and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer, is not responsible for any accident or injuries that may occur for any reason (including manufacturer's default) during use of the purchased goods. Carefully review User Manuals provided with the purchase (only if available and applicable) for instructions and use. Purchaser must comply with all provincial/state laws and safety procedures where purchaser intends to use their purchase (only applicable to certain products such as ATV's, mini/pocket bikes sold by Lightsupworld.

FEEDBACK
Feedback will be left for buyers upon a successful transaction. We will work with our customers to resolve any issues or problems prior to posting feedback. In many cases, negative feedback is the result of a misunderstanding or miscommunication at which we would be happy to take the time to work through with our customers to come to a mutual understanding. For our satisfied customers, we offer an automated feedback system which will post positive feedback automatically for positive comments left by our buyers.

SALES TAX
The following Sales Tax applies to the total cost for the item (winning bid and shipping costs combined) only for Canadian buyers where the item is shipped to a Canadian address:
6% GST for ALL Canadian buyers.
7% PST for ONLY BC Residents in Canada.
No Sales Tax will be applied for those residing in the US.

Please do not email us as to the status of your purchase until a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received the product. Once an email is received, we will attempt to respond within the next 1 - 2 business days. Our business hours of operation are from :
