- All products at PowerON include a 30 day repair/replacement warranty unless otherwise specified on the auction. Repair or replacement is at PowerON's discretion.
- If you believe your item has a warranty issue, please call us at 800-673-6227 or Email us at support@poweron.com first so we can work to resolve the issue.
- All items to be returned MUST have an RMA number. (items will be refused without it)
- Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response to your issue (we are not open on weekends or major holidays).
- If you want extended warranty coverage for your item SquareTrade does offer warranty plans for purchase through them. They are an independent company and are not affiliated with PowerON Services, Inc.
- All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. All original components must be included in the package.
- Warranty is voided if item is disassembled or modified.

- We accept PayPal from US accounts only.
- Credit cards can be paid through PayPal as well.
- eChecks take 5 to 10 business days to clear.
- We do not accept international payments.

- PowerON ships via FedEx Ground (5 to 7 business day delivery) on the majority of items and does use US Mail on smaller items at our discretion.
- We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.
- Items will generally ship within 48 to 72 business hours from the date payment clears.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to your Paypal email address after the item has shipped. (please allow 72 hours before emailing for tracking)
- The shipping address provided by Paypal will be used for shipment. If different, we must be notified prior to shipment or a $10 redirect fee will be assessed.
- We ship to the Continental US only (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
- Expedited delivery options are available. (Call for rate quotes before bidding!)
- Shipping cost is for handling/packaging materials, insurance, and the carrier charge for shipment. We will combine shipping for any items smaller than or that weighs less than a Mac/PC tower.
- We now offer local pickup on items won for a fee of $10. However, we are not open to the general public. Please call and make and appointment for local pickup.

- Items shipped within the State of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax as required.
- If you are a reseller (with a seller's permit) in California who is purchasing from us for the purpose of resale we can exempt you from sales tax once the following conditions are met. You must email us first (auctions@poweron.com) and request a reseller exemption form. You must print, fill out and sign, then fax us the form with a copy of your seller's permit. After we receive that information we will send a revised Ebay invoice without sales tax.
