The Company that designed and produced this GPS unit is having website issues and you can not register your product. To throw salt on the wound, I found out the company is currently going through a bankruptcy, and laid off many employees. That might have a lot to do with it. The seller I'm sure had no knowledge of this and has issued me a refund.. Thank you. Seller is A++
