Warranty & Returns

All items sold by Premium Fishing Auctions on EBay come with a Strictly 30 day Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.

Replacements

The standard 12 month warranty that normally applies to our products, is not valid on EBay purchases. This means that if the item purchased was received as damaged on arrival, there is a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us and we will gladly replace the item for you.

NOTE: Items will only be replaced and not refunded.

Refunds

In the exception that a eBay purchaser would like a refund for the item/s, we MAY offer a refund however it will incur a restocking fee of 20%. (NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refundable). In this case you will need to request a Return Authorisation Form to fill in and email back ebay@premiumfishing.com.au. Once the RA form is filled in and emailed to us, we will reply with a RA Number and details of where to return the item. You can only proceed to send the item back, once we have authorised it. Refunds/Replacements will not be given for damaged packaging.
