Item arrived in a very beat up box, heavy scuff marks all over the frame, bent front tongs, and missing a slew of small but critical parts for assembly. It took a lot of back and forth with the seller to get a resolution; I'm rating this purchase experience as positive ONLY because in the end the seller agreed to refund the full purchase price without having to return the item - mainly due to the fact the box was literally coming apart and in no condition for shipping.

Seller was friendly and punctual. Had some shipping issues (T-Force Frieght) but seller offered a reasonable, partial refund to ensure id stick around for delivery. When i finally recieved my item (week and a half late) i was pleased to see it in better condition than i was expecting, being that i bought it Secondhand.
