Item arrived in a very beat up box, heavy scuff marks all over the frame, bent front tongs, and missing a slew of small but critical parts for assembly. It took a lot of back and forth with the seller to get a resolution; I'm rating this purchase experience as positive ONLY because in the end the seller agreed to refund the full purchase price without having to return the item - mainly due to the fact the box was literally coming apart and in no condition for shipping.

I like their title of the post description; "secondhand 26" yada yada. NO secondhand about it. I received a sparkling Mint and White "BRAND NEW" adult 26" 7 speed trike! It arrived in a "very dirty been around the block a couple of times" big old box. But inside all wrapped up was the sparkling new trike. And to the six other folks watching the trike, sorry y'all, I got it. You waited too long, bad for you, goooood for me!
