seller listed this item as new. When new in the store it comes with a box & paper work that say's who made it & label authenticity, Not a home made bubble wrap pocket with tape. The seller say's that the box didn't come with it because they wanted to keep shipping cost down so they don't ship with the boxes anymore. The item needs to be cleaned because the dome is all cloudy. this item should have listed as used. VERY misleading & not to be trusted. Just a FYI for all who see's this.

Sorry that you were not happy, however i do want to address a misconception that a box and paper certification are not indicative of either new or authenticity. Authenticity in lmoges boxes is signed on each piece "peint main, Limoges, France." as for the individual box, to keep the cost down of each piece we have decided to no longer provide decorative boxes. All our pieces are ne and authentic. Thank you for trying us out.
