Description said for a pair instead I received one after the seller had to recheck cause he didn’t have the colors I requested than once contacted about the one wheel he said it was sold individually but I made sure that it was a paid before I purchased the item and it even said so otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it if it was just for one wheel

Seriously?! The very first line in the description says "SOLD INDIVIDUALLY" -- in ALL CAPS, as its own line. The picture itself is of a single wheel. My listings for a pair of wheels show 2 wheels in the photos and clearly say they are sold as a pair. And, the price alone should have been obvious it wasn't for 2 wheels. I'm sorry you didn't understand what was clearly written and photographically shown, but to turn around and then leave negative feedback is a cheap shot
