My order was not only well packaged and arrived in excellent condition, the seller also included new batteries so I could see, right out of the box, that all was in functional order. The seller also included a matching flash (still working nicely - a rarity in old flash units), which was not pictured in any of the photos. My one quibble was that the shipping was not prompt.
