Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges may not be available for all of the items. Please see the description for each item for detail. Returns and Exchanges are not allowed if the items is marked as “Final Sale”.
Returns and Exchanges within the U.S. (eligible items)
Prombay.com Limited gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item for any reason. All refunds must be made within 72 hours of delivery of item. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable. Please also see the return policy (if any) at the bottom of each listing for detail.
To be eligible for returns and exchanges, customer must contact us at
orders@prombay.com within 72 hours of delivery of the item to obtain a return number by email. All items must be received within seven days of notifying us, and item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the return number and with all original tags attached to the item. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All shipping charges are not refundable. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange once item is received and inspected.
Please note that any item received after 7 business days of notifying us will be returned to customer and customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please note that no returns or exchanges will be allowed without a valid return number. Return items without a valid return number will be returned to customer, and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please inspect the item carefully, no returns or exchange will be allowed after 72 hours of delivery.

For exchanges, please indicate the item number, color, and size of the item you would like to exchange with. You can also email us the information when obtaining a return number, and we will put the item on hold for you if the item is available. Item will be shipped once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive a notification email with tracking number and expected date of delivery when the item is shipped. We will charge or credit your credit card for the difference.
Please note that a refund will be issued if the exchange item is out of stock when your original item is received. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Returns and exchanges from outside of the U.S. (including Canada)
Customer is responsible for all charges associated with item(s) returned. All shipping charges, import duties, and taxes are not refundable.
