Ebay has a new Star rating system.  The system can be a little confusing, but I would like to explain how it affects our business.  You would think that a 4 star rating would be as good as Ebay says, but this is incorrect.  Anything less than a 5 star rating on all categories might as well be a Negative feedback strike.  We beg, plead and implore you to please take the time to leave positive feedback in all Feedback categories.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please Ask Shenandoah, and she will take care of the problem.  Shenandoah is here to answer any and all your questions, including product questions, shipping inquiries, coupon codes or even the weather forecast (okay…maybe she’d refer you to the local weatherman!)  Shenandoah has been with r.chameleon practically from the start of the business.  She is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and has a can-do attitude.
