Q:What is your return policy?
A:You can return your item for store credit within 3 days of receipt. Item must be returned in it's orginal unworn condition (including all original packaging and tags). Please be sure to include the reason for return. Excluding this information will delay the process. Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of recept.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We Combine Shipping. For Domsetic shipping add $2.00 per each additional item. Canada and Worldwide: add $5.00 per each additional item. ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE PAID FOR TOGETHER.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Items ship 3-4 business days after payment. You can expect the item to arrive 2-3 days after shipment on domestic orders and 7-10 days on international.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:We have a handling fee of $3.00 on all packages
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We ship worldwide. We ship global priority to countries where available and global express to others. We do not ship to Mexico or Romania. We DO NOT ship airmail or parcel post.
Q:Is your merchandise authentic?
A:ABSOLUTELY! We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. We stand behind our merchanside 100%. All of our merchandise is obtained through authorized distibution channels. There are unfortunately some unscrupulous retailers out there that knowingly offer fake merchandise. You will never find those type of items at r.chameleon
Q:Is your merchandise new?
A:Yes, we sell only first quality nechandise. Although most items have the original tags we do from time to time buy directly from the manufacturers prior to tags being attached.
Q:Can I hold off paying while I am bidding on other items?
A:Absolutely. Simply pay for all your items together when you have finished bidding. You will recieve an updated invoice at the close of each bid. If you are buying more than 1 item, do not pay until you have recieved an updated invoice with your shipping discount.
Q:Will you take less for this item?
A:We are dedicated to offering the lowest starting prices possible. In order to keep our business viable so that we can continue to offer you brand new authentic high quality products at prices well below retail, we simply cannot go any lower with our starting prices.
Q:Can I retract or cancel my bid?
A:If you made a mistake and want to cancel your bid, you can click on this link http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/retract-bid.html and fill out the "Bid Retraction Form" at the botom of the page.
Q:Do you accept paypal?
A:Yes, we accept paypal (preferred).
Q:Do you accept money order, pesonal and business checks?
A:We do not accept u.s. money orders in accordance with Ebay new payment policy. We do not accept personal or business checks.
Q:How long do I have to pay for an item?
A:We allow for 7 days to pay for your item and combine orders. We will open a dispute at the end of the 7 days but you can still arrange for payment until the item is 14 days old. We will close the dispute and give an unpaid item strike and relist the item at that time.
