First off I'm very impressed with how quickly the part was sent out, just phenomenal. In audition to that, shipping time was nothing short of satisfying. Kudos USPS, and Seller! The description couldn't be much more accurate/descriptive. I looked over some information and messaged the seller after purchasing to verify I had the correct part. I received this item quickly, but instead of being the 2' length that I needed and that was noted in the item description, it was only 1'. Mistakes happen, so I contacted the seller and he sent out the correct replacement immediately, and I had it 2 days later. It is exactly what I needed, and I was not required to return the incorrect item. I recommend this seller.

Package was shipped promptly and received well before the promised date. A little disappointed that the package received is not as shown with Echo packaging. This was shipped in a clear plastic bag. No way of knowing if this is an aftermarket item or OEM. If aftermarket, then the price is way too much (about twice as much).

Getting hard to find older Craftsman parts. When/if you search for this part, what you generally find are inexpensive imported knock-offs, prone to breaking according to reviews. These guys advertised and provided the OEM part - they are the real deal. Honesty is appreciated! BTW, packaging and shipping were also great! Highly recommended!
