My item arrived damaged. I ordered a mirrored medicine cabinet. The box was very damaged, and I could hear the pieces shattered inside the box. I immediately rejected the package via FedEx, and no tracking information has been updated for 10 days, so the seller has not issued a refund for this expensive item. It was packaged very poorly - literally shaking back and forth in the box, didn't even sound like there was bubble wrap around this item. Very disappointing and frustrating transaction.
