Q: Do you stock your products?
A: We stock all of our products. Quantities available are in our listings. We buy directly from Manufacturers, so many of our items can be reordered or will be restocked. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please email us.
Q: How will I know when my item shipped?
A: We send shipping notifications once an order has left the warehouse. All of our notifications are sent via email. These emails are sent to the email address on file.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We offer shipping discount on combined purchases. Discount is figured for eligible items in the shipping calculator and given at checkout. Combined shipping discount does not apply to previously paid items. Restrictions apply for items that cannot be packaged for shipment together, due to weight, size or breakage constraints.
Q: What are your business hours? When do you respond to email?
A: We are opened normal business hours Monday thru Saturday. All emails will be answered during these business hours, usually within 24 hours..
Q: Is the product new?
A: All of our products are new and in the original box, when shipped in box from suppliers. Some of our items are shipped bulk (open stock) from manufacturers, when this is the case it will be stated in listing.
Q: How much are Shipping & Handling Charges?
A: Our shipping cost are available in listings. All of our items are calculated by the Post Office or UPS shipping calculator. Each item is weighed, including box and packing materials before being listed, along with dimensions and type of package. Shipping cost are based on delivery from zip code to zip code and are displayed for different shipping options offered, as well as estimated delivery time. When available, please select shipping option you prefer.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel the order up until it is shipped from the warehouse. If it has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy (see 'Returns' section), excluding shipping charges.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30 day return policy. You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of date of delivery. We will refund you the price of the item, excluding shipping costs. All returns must be in original packaging, unused. If exchanging an item we will pay reship charges. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, We will provide a prepaid return label.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us fro replacement or return. If we require item to be returned we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: At this time, we accept PayPal . We can not accept checks or money orders, it is against eBay policy.
Q: What if I want more than one of an item?
A: For most products, we have more than one available. Listings already have a quantity greater than one listed, which you can select. Many items can be ordered from Manufacturer, shipping will depend on Manufacturers ship time. We do not drop ship from Manufacturers.
Q: Can I pick up item?
A: We do not allow pick up from our warehouse.
Q: How will my item ship?
A: We ship both UPS and USPS. All of our items are packed with great care to ensure safe delivery.
Q: Can I ship my order to an address other than my registered address?
A: If sending a gift, please change your address upon checkout by clicking the 'Change Shipping Address' link. You can also send a note with your payment or email us with the alternate address.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship both Domestic and International. We will ship to P.O. boxes and APO and FPO, this must be done USA Post Office.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personal cards?
A: No, we do not. If you are sending a gift and do not want invoice included, please let us know.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: This depends upon the shipping method selected. We ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days; postal service delivery time is included in estimated shipping shown in listing. Remember, this is an estimate, we can only state when your order will ship from our warehouse.
Q: I am awaiting a refund. When will I receive it?
A: We issue refunds immediately. PayPal refunds are issued every two business days and it can take up to 4 days for refund to show in your account.
