A:30 days money back: Must be in factory sealed, unused condition. 15% restocking fee if returned for any other reason then damage. 30 day exchange on food, water, and respirators only if arrives damaged/defective (first check with shipper for damages)

A:We now offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more going to the US addresses! Notable exclusions are food and water since they are very heavy. Contact us and we may be able to waive the shipping fee on food and water, if you qualify for a combined purchase!
