What is your return policy?
At refoundObject we promise our items will be as impressive in person as they appear on the web. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase ~ simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll work together to find a solution that best meets your needs.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes! You can absolutely save on shipping costs if you purchase multiple auctions from us. On rare occasions an item may be too heavy to combine shipping and then this will be stated in the auction. Please wait for an invoice to ensure you receive the proper shipping amount! This offer is good for 24 Hours after the auction ends as we ship quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
We Love to ship Internationally. We offer 3 choices depending on weight, First Class International, Priority International, and Express International. For your peace of mind All of our packages are sent with a Tracking Number, even First Class!
Will You Put a Lower Cost on the Customs Forms?
We realize that other countries do charge duty taxes when merchandise is sent internationally. However we can not lower the prices on the customs forms because it is mail fraud.
Can you mark an item as a GIFT on international customs forms?
We can not mark items as “gift” on customs forms. Per Title 18 U.S.C 1001 of the USPS which summarized says : Furnishing false information on the customs form may result in a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than 5 years or both. Information on the form will be used to satisfy reporting requirements for customs purposes.
Do you pay for insurance?
Our goal is to protect our Buyers. USPS, UPS and Fedex may not take the Special Care of your item that we do when we pack it. We include Insurance at no additional cost to you to give you better peace of mind.
