I contacted seller immediately upon receiving damaged glasses, along with pics of the broken glasses. Thought at the time there were 2 out of 5 broken and asked for a refund. Upon further inspection I discover another damaged. Now they don’t want to refund me for the 3 damaged glasses but want me to return them for a refund. I am only asking for a $25 refund for the damaged glasses due to their very poorly packing. They did not offer to pay for my return shipping or offer a call tag.
