European Union Countries (except Italy, Malta, Turkey and

specified countries. For some countries like Italy,
Australia, New Zealand and South Korea additional 3-5 days
may be needed for items to be delivered.
- We ship the products with specified
above shipping methods at our decision. We choose the
carrier so that the buyer can get the item secure and in
timely manner. If you have any shipping inquiries, please,
contact us prior purchasing the product.
- If during 7 days the item has not been
received, on your request we will provide Delivery
Confirmation Number or Tracking Number and also will try to
help to resolve delivery problems.
- If the goods were returned back to us
by the delivery service because of the wrong address, the
buyer gets refund without Shipping Cost.
- We are able to ship the products only
to physical addresses (USPS or Fedex valid); for sending in
the APO/FPO boxes, please, contact us before the purchase.
- We are not able to ship the items to
the addresses temporarily occupied by the customers, i.e.
hotels, motels, resorts and inns.

greater than $65 and less than $100:

- Please, be advised that our shipping
fees are not refundable. In case the buyer decides to return
the product for a refund, the buyer is responsible for
return shipping cost.

order and/or shipping method with the customer before
physically sending it.
- Returns and Warranty Policy
- Return of sealed merchandise is allowed within 7-10 days
after the delivery date.

Warranty. Resurs2 for one (1) year from the date of
delivery warrants that its Photovoltaic modules ("PV
modules") shall be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal application, installation, use, and
service conditions. If the PV modules fail to conform to
this warranty, then for a period ending one (1) year from
date of delivery to the original end customer ("the
Customer"), Resurs2 will, at its option, either
repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price
as paid by the Customer ("Purchase Price"). The repair,
replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive
remedy provided under the Limited
Product Warranty and shall not extend
beyond the one (1) year period set forth herein. This
Limited Product Warranty does not warrant a specific power

guarantees more than 90% of standard power output within 10

Examination, repairing and replacing
