Damages & Replacements
All of our shipments are insured. If the product was damaged in any way during the shipping process, you have 3 days to respond:
- Please notify us in a short email describing the damage support@retailproof.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Attach photo(s) of the damaged product. (required)
- We will review the damage claim and may require inspection of the item(s).
- After the claim is approved, a replacement will be sent immediately. If the claim is not approved, we will notify you right away and you may respond with any questions.
