Damages & Replacements

All of our shipments are insured. If the product was damaged in any way during the shipping process, you have 3 days to respond:

  1. Please notify us in a short email describing the damage support@retailproof.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Attach photo(s) of the damaged product. (required)
  3. We will review the damage claim and may require inspection of the item(s).
  4. After the claim is approved, a replacement will be sent immediately. If the claim is not approved, we will notify you right away and you may respond with any questions.
