Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied with the product, or just changed your mind, we will accept your undamaged return (with all accessories included) in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the purchaser. Exchanges will be granted for a product of equal value.
Return Instructions
- Please send us a short email at support@retailproof.com with your order number in the subject line, indicating the reason for the return.

- As soon as we receive your return, a refund will be posted to your account.
Exchange Instructions
- Please send us a short email at support@retailproof.com with your order number in the subject line, indicating the new product you would like to exchange for.
- If the new product you are exchanging for is available, we will reply to your email with approval to send the original product back. If for some reason the new product you are exchanging for is not available, we will contact you to discuss further available options.
