Dress chart

Dresses

 

Most of our dress ads contain the following measurements to assist you in determining the fit of the dress (all measured while laying flat):

  • Bust - Measured from armpit to armpit
  • Waist - Measured accross the smallest are of the waist then multiplied by 2
  • Hips - Measured 8-10 inches below waist or at the widest part of the dress then multiplied by 2
  • Length - Measured differently depending on the type of dress. Side length is measured from arm pit to hem, or full length measured from top to bottom.
 

Tops and Jackets

  Top Chart

Most of our Women's tops, blouses, and jackets contain the following measurements to assist you in determining the fit (all measured while laying flat):

  • Shoulder - Measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
  • Bust - Measured from armpit to armpit
  • Waist - Measured accross the smallest are of the waist then multiplied by 2
  • Sleeve - Measured from shoulder seam to end of cuff
  • Length - Measured down the back from the end of collar to hem
 
Pants Chart

Pants and Jeans

Most of our pants and jeans ads contain the following measurements to assist you in determining the fit (all measured while layng flat):

  • Waist - Measured accross the top of waist, unadjusted then multiplied by 2
  • Hips - Measured accross the seat of the pants then multiplied by 2
  • Rise - Measured from waist to the crotch seam
  • Inseam- Measured from crotch seam to end of hem
  • Leg opening - Measured across the bottom of the pant leg
 
 

Sporcoats and Shirts

  Men's Chart

Most of our Men's blazers, jackets and shirts contain the following measurements to assist you in determining the fit (all measured while laying flat):

  • Shoulder - Measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
  • Chest - Measured from armpit to armpit then multiplied by 2
  • Waist - Measured accross the smallest are of the waist then multiplied by 2
  • Sleeve - Measured from shoulder seam to end of cuff (not shown)
  • Length - Measured down the back from the end of collar to hem
