The item (a stopwatch) was received but was NOT as described in the written advertisement. Additionally, the photograph of the item had a shadow over the back of the case which was hiding the ugly and permanent engraving in the metal case.
I was obviously disappointed and contacted the owner through eBay multiple times to no avail. After several attempts to reach the owner, I advised the owner I would leave negative feedback if I did not hear back from them, but still received no contact back.
