The guy that has been helping me from the start has been awesome. They do everything as they say they do and the product is exactly as you see in the pictures. The boots I asked for were a little too small and the exchange process was super easy. I was skeptical about purchasing without there being a boot selection until after purchasing the board but they do send you boot options and honestly I will use them again until my son stops growing and I want to buy him never used equipment.

The boots that I received were not what I expected. The seller sent me a pic of 2 boots and I thought I was getting the boots on the right. That was not clarified by me. The boots that I received were a very very old model and did not offer the support that a child would need to learn how to ski properly. The seller did refund me promptly but did not offer return shipping.

Thank you for not leaving a negative feedback, we do return shipping when we measured and we're wrong or if you received the wrong boots, since boots were not clarified by you and you left it up to us to decide, I feel like both splitting shipping on this was fair
