Return Policy

Please read carefully.

• Due to the nature of seasonal goods we have an exchange policy in effect.
• You may exchange your Item for equal or greater value.If item is of greater value,Then additional charges will apply.
• We understand buying across the internet / sizing problems. We will do our best to supply the proper size when needed and in stock.

• Articles such as : Wigs ; Makeup ; PropTheeth; Stockings; Undergarmet or Personal wares of any kind;Pet Costumes.Plus new items that are worn.May not be Returned. 
• Before any Item can be exchanged , We must be notified of such problem within 2 days after delivery. Also,you will have to include in a note with  your  eBay user ID and the item number of the returning item/items. We can be reached by using the item's contact seller link in ebay.This is the Fastest way. 
• There are 2 ways of exchanging item/items .
• First way:
• You mail the Item/Items back to us after contacting us first.Then after we recieve it here.We re-process the order to your needs.Please allow a day or two for processing after it's arrival at Rite General Merchandise.Estimated 7-10 days.  Total time varies.
• 2nd Way:
• If you need an Item in less time.We will Cross ship. But, you will have to purchase and pay a new Item. When your original Item is returned here, we will then refund you for the exchanged Item/Items thru PayPal.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, including shipping costs incurred to send an item back to us.
• Defective or damaged item/items have to be reported within 2 days of delivery and received at Rite General Merchandise within 7  days.

As to any workmanship done by us; Embroidery; we will always stand behind our workmanship.Changes of color and or style of Embroidery we will do free of charge.But,All shipping/handling expenses are to be handled by the buyer;To and From.We will not accur any shipping expenses. 

Internatioal buyers ...We mark all Customs Forms as to the amount paid for item/items.Tracking will be supplied for each item. Any duties, fees or other expenses are to be handled by the buyers upon arrival in customs.We will not be held responsible for any time lost/late packages in Transit.
