The first Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra I received would error out "bumper stuck" I call the sellers support team and they sent a return shipping label. I shipped the S7 back for a replacement. I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. I received S7 yesterday and it operates flawlessly. I highly recommend buying a refurbished Roborock from this seller. They are great

Normally a huge fan of refurb, but would not recommend it from this company. Initial robot arrived nonfunctional in poor packaging. Response by customer service was very prompt initially, but 3 weeks after purchase, almost 9 days after they received the dysfunctional unit, and after multiple requests for updates, they only sent a replacement once I asked for a refund. 1 month later I have a working robot. Glad for the warranty-I'm sure I'm going to need it, but already dreading the process

We are sorry for the trouble. The returned package was showed delivered but the warehouse hadn't received it until days later. Sometimes the carrier may mark the shipment as delivered ahead of time. And there were too many packages to be collected and shipped during the promotion season. The warehouse took a longer time than usual to deal with the replacement. Hope you could kindly forgive it. We will try our best to improve. Thank you.

While still not thrilled that I received a wet unit with hair in the water chamber, when the device was advertised to be like new, customer service was ultimately very responsive and did their best to accommodate me. The unit itself has been functioning without issue and it has been great to have around the home.
