Rocky Mountain Cyclery offers combined shipping rates for orders containing multiple items. There are many factors that determine the shipping cost of combined
items; consequently, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order details BEFORE PAYING and we
will quote you the combined shipping price of your order.
Shipping (United States)
Rocky Mountain Cyclery shipping costs, within the United States, are posted in the corresponding Auction. Insurance is not required; however, it is recommended.
Orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours following approved payment. Every ordered item is professionally packaged and shipped.

- Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
- Some items require a signature for delivery.

Shipping (International)
We ask that all International Bidders first contact us to receive a shipping quote for the item(s) as well as additional bidder instructions. Insurance is required for internationally
shipped packages and will be added to the final shipping cost.

Customs Charges (International Shipments)
Rocky Mountain Cyclery is required by law to note the contents of international packages, even if the package contains a gift.
Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary by
country. Rocky Mountain Cyclery is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may contact your
local customs office for further information.
Rocky Mountain Cyclery and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times for international shipping may be delayed by customs/import duties and
local postal requirements.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
Rocky Mountain Cyclery strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately,
there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process.
