Worst experience I ever had with a seller! Threw my expensive purchase unprotected into a bubble envelope & charged me a premium to ship. Could care less the neck snapped off & I was heart broken & still wanted the piece. He was only willing to discount a broken piece $25 that could only be repaired professionally to be right. I explained how expensive that would be plus shipping 2 ways. With ship & tax I paid near $100. Not interested in making up for their mistake, just taking advantage of me!

Item broke during shipping. (it happens occasionally) Buyer was offered FULL refund for return of item including return shipping. She wanted to keep the item AND get a full refund. The breakage was easily repairable and I wanted item back - I paid for return shipping and gave a full refund when I received item . I repaired item and it has already sold - this is clearly nasty feedback left by someone who wanted to keep the item for free.
