Initially the book arrived ahead of schedule but a new employee at my post office returned the book the same morning it arrived, with no notification to me, not the fault of Rubino Books. At my request the seller re-shipped using an alternate carrier and offered to eat the return shipping cost. Truly above and beyond service.
