The rug wasn't as expected so I don't think the description was as accurate as it should have been. However, the seller made it easy to return. USPS messed up the shipment of the return, but the seller was helpful and ultimately it worked out and a refund was made promptly. They have a huge inventory so if I were to purchase from them again, I would go with a new, rather than used rug.
